1. Have a Tax ID number for re-sale or ministry.
2. Make an initial online (web) order of $300.00 retail. The Wholesale discount is applied to all subsequent orders.
3. When reordering, your reorders will be at least $75.00  at wholesale ($150 retail).
4. Order by credit card to establish new account.
5. You must call the office at 1-800-564-4659 to activate your wholesale discount on your online (web) account.
6. Wholesalers who order online will be charged actual shipping charges at the time of shipping.
7. Have a USA or CANADA address or forwarder.
